Chef Mario is a native Cuban and a graduate of The Restaurant School of Philadelphia. The extensive menu ranges from Cuban Paella to Cajun Blackened Tuna and Double Mushroom Chicken Roulade. Outside dining made this visit extra-special. The paella was outstanding and the desert was first class - I had the Bread Pudding and the wife had the Berry Cobbler. Both were perfect finishes to a great meal.
