Wine storage
Q
I have several bottles of champagne and wine that was givin to me by a firend. It has been stored inside @ about 64 degrees. I am maintaining that temp is that ok?
64 degrees to sture wine is almost ideal storage, if you could drop it 5 degrees or so it would be perfect. Trust me you are doing a great job compared to most people.

Q
Do you store on the side or standing straight up?
Always store wine on it's side, so the cork can remain moist and not dry out. Otherwise the cork can shrink when dry and allow it to infiltrate the bottle and ruin the wine.
