To BYOB a wedding I suggest you over estimate as you can always take the wine home (meaning it won't go bad like food). Not taking into consideration that some people will not drink at all and some will drink beer or mixed drinks, I suggest 1.5 bottles per guest including champagne toast. Add or subtract as you know your guests better than I and don't let guests drink and drive.
