It really all depends on what you are looking for, assuming you want wine, don't ask but tell them what wines you like and why and see what they have to offer. Please provide a price range you are comfortable with, so the store doesn't show you wines that are not within your budget. Aside from what wine they offer, you may ask how long they have been in business and what their experience is with wine.
