Corks vs Screw Caps
Q
What's your feeling on screw caps on wine bottles? I've heard it's the ideal way to store wine, but I can't seem to buy that.
I am not a huge fan, as I am a traditionalist and I like corks. But I do acknowledge that screw caps are very efficient and will not dry out like corks. More and more wineries are using them and they are easy to open and I will admit that have bought and continue to buy wines that have screw caps.
